18th Annual Champions for Kids Golf Tournament Raises Over $64K to Support UCDSB Students
September 11, 2025 (Smiths Falls, ON) – The Champions for Kids (C4K) Foundation is thrilled to announce the success of its 18th Annual Champions for Kids Golf Tournament, held on July 4, 2025, at the Smiths Falls Golf and Country Club. Thanks to the generosity of our community, this year’s event raised a remarkable $64,509 to directly support students across the Upper Canada District School Board (UCDSB).
The tournament saw an incredible turnout of 142 golfers, all coming together in the spirit of giving. The success of the event was also made possible by the support of more than 100 sponsors, including silent auction donors, golf cart sponsors, hole and green sponsors, as well as gold, silver, and bronze level contributors.
“We are so grateful for the continued generosity of our community and partners,” said Laura Oliver, C4K President “The funds raised from this tournament will go directly toward supporting students in need across our district, ensuring they have access to opportunities, resources, and experiences that help connect them to their communities and have fun!”
The C4K Golf Tournament is the foundation’s largest annual fundraiser. Proceeds help provide financial assistance for students to participate in sports, arts, and leadership opportunities that promote their well-being and personal growth.
