Children can be referred for assistance through the Champions for Kids Foundation by contacting a UCDSB principal. Applicants are encouraged to speak with the principal by phoning the school. The principal will complete the internal application form and submit it for final approval.
Please note: All referrals must be channeled through principals. Third-party agencies are unable to directly refer parents.
