CHAMPIONS FOR KIDS FOUNDATION

The Champions for Kids Foundation is dedicated to removing barriers and providing opportunities so every child can succeed. With your support, we can brighten their educational journey and ensure they feel the spirit of community care.

The 17th annual Champions for Kids Foundation (C4K) Golf Tournament, held at the Brockville Country Club this summer, set a new fundraising record.

Students from Montague Public School rewarded four local charities in May, after raising more than $4,000 through their core French Real-World Learning project, ‘Café Days.’

Students from Centennial ’67 Public School and South Branch Elementary School chewed their way to a good cause this month, raising money for the Champions for Kids (C4K) Foundation.

Golfers, along with dedicated volunteers and community members, converged in support of the 16th annual Upper Canada District School Board Champions for Kids Foundation (C4K) golf tournament at Upper Canada Golf Course in Morrisburg on July 4.

The Champions for Kids Foundation (C4K) expresses its gratitude to the students of Gananoque Intermediate and Secondary School for their incredible generosity and support. The students, who are part of the school's company, Wicked Whisk, selected C4K as their charity to highlight during their gala fundraiser through their unique Real-World Learning initiative.

Nationview Public School held a winter clothing exchange in December where all proceeds went towards Champions for Kids Foundation and now they are at it again.

A recent generous community donation of personal bags of popcorn to Williamstown Public School (WPS) sparked an initiative to fundraise for the Upper Canada District School Board Champions for Kids Foundation (C4K).

Golf and students were front and centre in Smiths Falls on Oct. 6 as LGPA pro-golfer Brooke Henderson visited her elementary alma mater and made a surprise donation to the UCDSB's C4K.

More than 160 golfers, volunteers and community members, came together in support of the 15th annual Upper Canada District School Board Champions for Kids Foundation’s golf tournament.

The annual Champions for Kids Foundation Golf Tournament is back after a COVID-19 hiatus! The tournament will be held on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at the Mississippi Golf Club in Appleton Ontario. The annual golf tournament is the largest organized fundraiser for Champions For Kids. As with previous years, there will be a golf tournament and silent auction with proceeds going towards helping UCDSB students.

Viscount Alexander Public School raised $700 for the Champions for Kids (C4K) foundation by holding a Valentine’s Day fundraiser in February.

When a community comes together for a single cause, the benefits are far reaching. In mid-August, 12 community members came together for a fundraising golf tournament and raised an amazing $18,450 – all of which is being donated to the Champions for Kids Foundation (C4K).

The Upper Canada District School Board’s Champions 4 Kids (C4K) Foundation is honoured to collaborate with the Al Potvin Family Foundation to bring further supports to our students.

The Executive Committee for the UCDSB Champions for Kids Foundation (C4K) is proud and thankful to announce that the foundation has now surpassed $2 million in funding since its inception in 2008.

Students and families at Nationview Public school are going into the holiday season with warm bodies and hearts. In November the students at Nationview Public School had a clothing drive, which was spearheaded by Kindergarten teacher Amie Scott.

Roxmore Public School and Eamer’s Corners Public School took the opportunity to mark National Child Day, held on November 20, by hosting fundraisers to help benefit other children.

The Upper Canada Champions for Kids Foundation is proud to announce the new president and executive committee, as elected for 2019.

Students from Lyn Public School kicked off their winter spirit week with a pajama day and pancake breakfast to help raise funds for the Champions of Kids Foundation.

Anyone who increases their payroll deduction or increased their amount during the month of November will automatically be entered in to a draw to win an iPad Mini 4. Draw will be done on November 31 at 4 p.m.
